What is a release film? A release film refers to a film having a separation surface which does not have a tackiness or a slight tack after contact with a specific material under limited conditions.

Classification of release film

1 PE (polyethylene) release film

2 BOPP (polypropylene) release film

3 PI (polyimide) high temperature release film

4 PET (polyethylene terephthalate) release film

5 Others: PC, PS, TPS, PVC……

Classified by silicone oil coating

1 Silicon solvent type

2 Silicon solvent-free

3 fluorocarbon type

4 emulsion type

5 light curing type (UV)

6 water-based type

7 silicon-free

Silicone oil type

1 According to the surface color: red release film, yellow release film, green release film, blue release film, white release film and other color PET release film

2 Substrate surface treatment: single-sided release film, double-sided release film

3 According to the release force: ultra-light release force, 1~5gf/in

Light release force, ≥ 5gf / in ≤ 20gf / in

Medium release force, ≥ 20gf / in ≤ 60gf / in

Heavy duty force, ≥ 60gf / in ≤ 100gf / in

Super heavy peeling force, ≥100gf/in
