UHMWPE film Lies flat on the belt surface, requiring no adhesive and no additional process costs. Normal pressing or vulcanization is necessary. Be mindful of temperature and time to prevent blistering.

When UHMWPE film used on the backside of the belt, it reduces friction resistance with the rollers, conserving energy. Its low surface energy makes it hydrophobic and easy to clean.
